You've spent your whole life being the responsible one. You're the hardest worker, and the highest achiever, but behind the polished exterior, you're tired, stretched thin, and wondering if this is really all success has to offer?
I see you, because I've been there, and I know the cost of chasing safety through external success.
After years of healing, learning, and continuous practice, getting certified at the Coaching Training Institute, Centre for Healing, and training with the Asian American Justice and Innovation Lab, I've learned the essential role culture plays in how we show up in this world and that healthy values-aligned thriving in career and life is possible.
I've made it my mission to help high-achieving Asian professionals like you, break free from burnout, perfectionism, and performative self-worth using culturally informed, trauma-aware frameworks I've built through lived experience and professional expertise.
This work is deep, grounded, and practical. Not just for your career, but for the kind of life that actually feels freeing and like you belong in every way.

What's playing it safe costing you? Asian professionals and many with immigrant family roots, are known for reliability, grit, and an incredible work ethic. Maybe you were taught to lead with those strengths as a way to stay safe. But have you ever paused to ask: what exactly am I protecting myself from?
And more importantly, am I still safe... If I'm under-utilized. overworked, and passed over for opportunities? Is it safer to be surrounded by surface-level relationships?
Or to continue sacrificing my mental and physical wellbeing?
Reliability and work ethic are admirable. But what's the cost of over-relying on those traits while abandoning your needs, dimming your truth, or shrinking your dreams?
The truth is, your cultural background deeply shapes who you–far more than what the West is equipped to acknowledge. The Asian diaspora, for example, continues to be impacted by the model minority myth, filial piety, intergenerational trauma and challenges in intergenerational communication, unclear or unattainable achievement standards, and culturally rooted beliefs about risk, rest, gender, and emotional safety. All of this plays a role in how you show up in the world. Whether you're conscious of it or not.
These are not side conversations. They are the very core of your transformation. That's why I launched ATTICA: to fill the gap in coaching practices that overlook cultural nuance, and to ensure Asian and racialized professionals can grow without needing to code switch, explain complex family dynamics or shrink themselves to fit into someone else's mould.
You deserve to do this work in a space that sees all of you.
I grew up in a household where my survival depended on staying small, silent, and responsible for everyone's high expectations. Achievement wasn't a celebration, it was armour that meant I earned the permission to exist. And it worked, until it didn't.
By the time I earned everything I was taught would protect me, I was exhausted. On the outside, it seemed I'd made it, but on the inside? I was burnt out, disconnected, and unraveling.
My wake-up call came when I completed a once-in-a-lifetime dream project with Michelle Obama. Even with incredible results, I left feeling completely empty. I realized this "successful" life, felt like a stranger's story that didn't belong to me.
That's when I stopped over-functioning for others and started reclaiming the parts of me that I had abandoned along the way. Now I help high-achieving Asian professionals do the same and realize their true potential isn't going to be found in working harder, but in breaking free from the pressure to prove their worthiness, and starting to live in alignment with who they truly are.
